Terms: By ordering a caricature from Matthew Reidsma, you understand that each drawing is made by hand and will look cartoony and not realistic. This seems obvious, since the website is called "Cartoonify Me," but lawyers are very sneaky and there are some stinkers out there that try to pull fast ones. I hope you’re not one of them!
Product and License: You also understand that the image will be emailed to the email address you provide as a 72dpi, 360px x 360px jpg. By paying an additional fee, you can also get a colored image, a high-resolution (300dpi) version of the caricature, and/or the original black and white drawing mailed to your house. You can share the drawing with anyone you like, but you can’t use it for commercial purposes, and if you make any derivative works, you need to use the same license. That license is the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 License.
